I am Samantha, the owner and creator of U Got 2 Have It.
I am a full time stay at home mom to five children and married to an Army soldier.
I have always had a great interest in computers since I was in middle school, back in the 80s.
When I met my husband in 1999, he taught me everything I now know as of today and I am always learning something new while researching the Internet.
I can custom build a desktop, reformat a hard drive, remove viruses, install programs and basic troubleshooting to fix a computer or laptop.
I use both Windows and Mac operating systems.
After working on some laptops and a computer for one of the pastors at our church, she gave me encouragement to branch out my talent and start up a business in this field since I have been doing this for so long and know a lot about how to repair a computer.

Once I diagnose your computer problem and if you need parts, I will inform you. After you buy the parts or whatever I may need to fix your computer, I can have your computer back to you same day or next day after receiving the parts from you based on the time I receive the parts from you.
If you would like for me to order the parts, I will need the CASH upfront and there will be a shipping and handling fee based upon what part is needed to fix your computer dilemma.
